FLUXPYR operates through the POCTEFA Programme (Interreg IV-A, 2007-2013) with an overall budget of 2.2 M euros.

It is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), Departament de Medi Ambient i Habitatge (Oficina Catalana del Canvi Climàtic), Departament d´Innovació, Universitats i Empresa (Catalonia), and Conseil Régional Midi-Pyrénées.
