Pere J. Gelabert is a Geographer and Master in Geographic Information System (GIS) and Remote sensing (RS). His master thesis was focused on the estimation of forest structural diversity differences in landscapes affected by fires using LiDAR- Airborne Laser scanning data. Nowadays, he’s doing a PhD in Landscape Ecology at Forest Planning and Landscape Analysis Laboratory of the University of Lleida giving support to IMAGINE project. His current work focuses on the analysis and quantification of landscape changes produced in Pyrenean pastoral ecosystems using remote sensing imagery. I’m also involved in the generation of several Geographic Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) products related to landscape analysis.
