I currently carry out a PhD at the University of Lleida (UDL) studying the biodiversity effects on greenhouse gasses emissions in mountain grasslands.

My educational background is a degree in Environmental Science (2009) and a MSc. in Terrestrial Ecology (2012), both granted by the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and I developed my master’s thesis in the Forest Science Centre of Catalonia (CTFC) about Net Ecosystem CO2 Exchange in the Pyrenees Grasslands.

Before starting my PhD I worked as research technician in the CTFC, giving support to several research projects and also in the International Livestock Research Institute (Nairobi, Kenya) assessing the ammonia emissions derived from the cattle activity.
